Save On Cigarettes processes orders 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, however, our orders are only collected once a day,
Monday through Friday. All orders received before 9h00 will be dispatched
to you at 12 noon, orders received after 9h00 will be dispatched at 12 noon
on the following day.
Your cigarettes are delivered FREE of charge
worldwide, via recorded airmail, right to your door, typically your
cigarettes take between 7 and 14 days to reach you. All cigarettes are well
packaged and wrapped in unassuming wrapping paper to ensure the safe,
in-tact delivery.
To track the whereabouts of your order, login to your account
and click on the order you wish to track on the right hand side under "Track
Your Orders". On the resulting page, click on the "SAPO" tracking No in the
"Comments" column of "Status History & Comments". A new window will open
displaying the live tracking detail on your order.
In the unlikely event that you need to return the order to us, please note that your refund or replacement will only be processed upon the in tact reciept of the returned goods.
